I was diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of 14. I have different types of epilepsy which involves tonic clonic, absence seizures and generalised seizures.
I have seizures in the night whilst I'm sleeping. Everyday I always have aching muscles and I find it hard to get out of bed. I am mostly at home as I can't go out on my own. When it does come to me about going out sometimes my mum or sister will accompany me.
Creative work and studies despite the epilepsy
I have graduated from Chelsea College Of Arts (2014-2017) and completed graphic design at Westiminster Adult education service (2018- 2020).

I am currently studying UX/UI since January 2024 and I am a artist (trader) who sells her work both online (on Etsy) and in person at Christmas Market. My main triggers of seizures is stress and I always feel very tired from the medication I take.

Limitations due to unpredictable seizures
So far, I haven't responded well to the prescribed medication :(sometimes I feel isolated because I can not go out to events, meet people.) I'm 29 and just always wonder will there be a medication process that will work for me because everyday sometimes I dread as the seizures can happen at anytime.
